How do you choose? Her reviews were positive, so I took a chance. So glad I did. That was five years ago, and I've since used her again to help me sell the first home and buy a second. Since our plan was to get our house on the market in Los Angeles, sell it, and then purchase a place in the desert, we knew that it would be an intensive process with lots of moving parts. Plus, we had lived in our primary residence for decades. Lots of things to consider for a very big move. Anne not only gave us a referral to a wonderful realtor in LA when we were ready to start that phase but she also began guiding us through the maze of potential properties here. Since we had to sell our first home in order to make an offer on a new home, the timing was going to be tricky. We weren't the easiest of clients, but she had a lot of patience with us and she was able to keep us on task and not let the little issues that come up become too overwhelming. I would absolute recommend Anne, and would happily use her again. I was not a friend of Anne's before she became my realtor, now she is. It took us a little while to sell my house, but got a good price for it. All the while she had open houses almost every weekend, worked the internet giving me the most up-to-date information and was very respectful in the price I was looking for. She is a great negotiator, thinks out of the box and has a personality that won't quit. She is a great photographer that will show off your property and catch people eyes. She will do what it takes to get the house to close. We live in Northern California, and was not able to be there for the fire inspection, the Fire Marshal wanted new smoke detectors in the house. Laura went to Lowe's got the required detectors, hired a handyman, and had the Fire Marshal back the same day, who signed off on the inspection. We were very lucky to have found Laura she sold my parents house in one week.
