She is a great negotiator, thinks out of the box and has a personality that won't quit. She is a great photographer that will show off your property and catch people eyes. She will do what it takes to get the house to close. We live in Northern California, and was not able to be there for the fire inspection, the Fire Marshal wanted new smoke detectors in the house. Laura went to Lowe's got the required detectors, hired a handyman, and had the Fire Marshal back the same day, who signed off on the inspection. We were very lucky to have found Laura she sold my parents house in one week.

Working with Anne was amazing, from the beginning of the process, to the end of the process she always kept an eye on all aspects of the transaction. We weren't the easiest of clients, but she had a lot of patience with us and she was able to keep us on task and not let the little issues that come up become too overwhelming. I was not a friend of Anne's before she became my realtor, now she is. It took us a little while to sell my house, but got a good price for it. I first met Anne at the beginning of the year when my husband and I were starting to look at homes in the Coachella Valley. Since our plan was to get our house on the market in Los Angeles, sell it, and then purchase a place in the desert, we knew that it would be an intensive process with lots of moving parts.
